Associate Producer/Script Writer – 2020/SOF



TBN is the worldwide leader in Christian television production and distribution. As such, TBN will produce a year-long global series of live events and televised programming.  The successful candidate for this position will be a person who brings a breadth of experience with the creation of, writing of, and production of both television feature stories and documentaries.




Duties & Tasks:



  • Review and adapt, as assigned and necessary, documentary content for 2020/State of Faith into documentary outlines.
  • Assist the Script Supervisor in analysis and correction of narrative scripts created by production teams for documentaries.
  • Liaise with documentary teams during all phases of pre-production, which may include the following:
  •      *Identifying experts for interviews
  •      *Prioritizing content highlights and specifics as “must haves” for each episode.
  •      *Reviewing and rewriting submitted narration scripts (post-field production).
  • Produce special projects as assigned.




Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:



  • Minimum 5 years of professional writing/producing experience at a national or international television network level
  • Demonstrated excellence in written communication
  • Demonstrated experience in researching story leads and contacts for televised content
  • Excellent interpersonal skills

Senior Accountant – Film and Entertainment Industry


Trinity Broadcasting Network, the world’s largest Christian TV Network, is looking for a senior level accountant for our Tustin, California production studios.  This individual will be responsible for various aspects of film and production accounting handling multiple projects on an ongoing basis working closely with our network production team in coordination with our accounting department.





  • Financial and project reporting on individual productions

Associate Producer



This position will assist the Head of the Praise Department in coordinating media and administrative needs for a daily talk show. The primary responsibility will be to handle logistics for scheduled guests and coordinate green room activities.





  • Coordinate with guests and their assistants/managers to secure media assets (video, photos, slides, etc.) for program.
  • Ensure all arrangements meet the production schedule and guest requirements.
  • Secure contractual requirements (release forms, talent agreements, etc.) pertaining to guest appearances and ensure all parties remain in compliance.
  • Maintain clear, professional communication with guests, and provide information pertinent to their participation in the program prior to their arrival. Verify that all questions or concerns are addressed in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate hospitality needs during tapings and provide excellent customer service at all times.
  • Ensure that promotional materials are sent to hosts and guests in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with the production staff at TBN offices to provide information and services as needed for Praise tapings.
  • Assist with remote and studio shoots as needed.
  • Administrative duties as assigned.



Skills & Experience:


  • At least 2 years of experience in a relevant or related field (Talent Management, Event Coordination, Travel/Hospitality, etc.) is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of media formats for broadcast.
  • Strong communication skills, especially the ability to write in a clear, concise, professional manner.
  • Expert attention to detail and project management skills to handle multiple assignments and complete jobs under deadline pressure.

Broadcast Video Editor (Full Time)

Primary responsibilities will be to edit daily episodes and ensure timely delivery of finished episodes that align with the ministry goals, brand voice, and creative vision for the series.




Qualification Requirements:


  • 2-4 years of professional video editing experience.
  • Detailed working knowledge of Adobe Premier and Adobe After Effects. Experience with keying green screen is a plus.
  • Passion for creating content for our target audience (Christian women) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that requires attention to details.
  • Efficient Multi-cam editor (able to sync clips and cut).
  • Experience with layering effects and alpha channel graphics.

Information Systems Business Analyst



Position Overview:

The Information Systems Business Analyst is a vital team player in the IS department. The IS Business Analyst plans and conducts the analysis, design, testing, documentation and deployment of new and existing technology solutions to meet TBN’s business and operational requirements; develops business process requirements and improvements; facilitates development of priorities with managers; coordinates and participates in applications testing and problem resolution; executes quality assurance activities. This position operates as the subject matter expert providing technical and functional system analysis services to enable TBN to develop and implement software and technology solutions to meet business, operational and functional objectives.

In addition, the IS Business Analyst will establish and maintain technical and architectural documentation standards and mentor and provide leadership to technical resources conducting systems analysis.



Primary Responsibilities:


  • Analyze and document complex as-is and future business processes to turn business requirement into documents for procedures, applications, tools, and reporting
  • Collect and develop detailed business and functional requirements across the enterprise and serve as a liaison between the business and technical teams.
  • Assist Application Support team with troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
  • Troubleshoot issues with current software applications and interfaces identifying potential solutions and working with the development team to resolve.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experienced in at least one of the following areas:
    • CRM/Customer Service solutions. Donor management, transaction processing and product fulfilment. (Donor Direct StudioEnterprise experience will be highly desired)
