Responsibilities: 

 

  • Telephone and front door reception 
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports 
  • Assist in coding and submitting invoices 
  • Act as TBN Liaison and representative to the local community 
  • Ensure public files are up to date and in order 
  • Prepare and file quarterly and annual FCC Reports 
  • Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning, ordering supplies etc. 
  • Maintain computer and manual filing systems 
  • Assist manager and provide support in whatever capacity is required 
  • Schedule crew for all studio productions 
  • Receive, sort and distribute the mail 

 

Qualifications: 

 

  • Previous admin or assistant experience 
  • Able to use all office computer software (MS Office Suite, Word, Excel) 
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work 
  • Strong organization, attention to detail and problem solving skills 
  • Must have knowledge of daily office duties and be comfortable with basic office equipment

It is your mission to create and execute a marketing program for a new Kids’ SVOD platform.

You will manage a small team, agency partners and collaborate with other departments to

execute the marketing program. It is your mission to ensure that campaigns are measurable and

are tracked back to established marketing metrics. You will need to think creatively and

strategically about a multi-channel marketing approach that will include organic and paid social

media, micro influencers and partner organization channels.

STAFF ACCOUNTANT - FORT WORTH, TX

 

Trinity Broadcasting Network, the world’s largest Christian TV Network, is looking for staff level accountants for our administrative headquarters in the Alliance Airport region of Fort Worth, Texas.  



This individual will be responsible for various aspects of accounting for a multi-national non-profit organization. Duties will include financial statement preparation for multiple companies, account reconciliations, annual audit preparation, fixed assets and depreciation, accounts receivable/payable interface, intercompany activity, monthly account analysis, and other duties as assigned.  Knowledge of US GAAP financial statement preparation and strong Excel skills are required.  JDEdwards and Oracle Cloud financial software is a plus.  



The ideal candidate will have a BS or BBA in Accounting and 4-10 years comparable experience, exhibit strong character, integrity, morals, and work ethic. They will also display sound judgment, like to work in a team environment demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as good analytic and problem solving abilities.

Post Production Supervisor - Trilogy Tustin, CA

Post Supervisors are responsible for all aspects of the Post Production process.

 

Responsibilities

  • Post Supervisors are responsible for scheduling, management, and attendance of all Post Production-related meetings and sessions, including: assemblies, edits, locks, spots, reviews, mixes, color corrections, and QC’s. 
  • Post Supervisors are also responsible for Animation Retakes: they notate, budget, and transmit retake notes and materials given by key creative and technical producers. These notes and materials are sent to the animation studios that we work with around the globe. Writing in clear and concise English for proper translation into other languages is an important skill that is necessary in this role. 
  • Post Production Supervisors are liaisons between the production, the studio, and the network. They must see to it that all scheduling and budgetary concerns (as they relate to post production) are followed and it is their responsibility to alert the Show Producers of any problems that may arise that would cause the production to miss delivery/exploitation dates or to fall outside of the agreed upon Post Production budget. 
  • Post Production Supervisors work closely with show runners, creators, network execs, picture editors, audio editors, machine room operators, vault/librarian personnel, and out-of-house post production vendors. They must create and maintain a close personal working relationship with all of these people and balance their relationships in order to produce and deliver the finest quality product within the given time frames and budgets of the shows. 
  • Post Supervisors are responsible for overseeing and ensuring the generation and delivery of all post production elements for delivery to the Network and to the Studio’s archive. 
  • Post Supervisors are also responsible for keeping up to date on current and emerging technologies for post production, mastering, and distribution.  

 

Basic Qualifications  

  • 2D and CG Animation Post Production experience. 
  • Proficiency in the MS Office Suite of apps, Filemaker Pro, and Photoshop is required. 
  • Knowledge of the standard, professional NLE apps for Picture and Sound Editorial, Compositing, and Mastering is necessary. Also, knowledge of the common media container formats and codecs for Picture and Sound is also necessary. 
  • Experience as a filmmaker in other aspects of production outside of Post is a plus.
