  • Telephone and front door reception 
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports 
  • Assist in coding and submitting invoices 
  • Act as TBN Liaison and representative to the local community 
  • Ensure public files are up to date and in order 
  • Prepare and file quarterly and annual FCC Reports 
  • Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning, ordering supplies etc. 
  • Maintain computer and manual filing systems 
  • Assist manager and provide support in whatever capacity is required 
  • Schedule crew for all studio productions 
  • Receive, sort and distribute the mail 




  • Previous admin or assistant experience 
  • Able to use all office computer software (MS Office Suite, Word, Excel) 
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work 
  • Strong organization, attention to detail and problem solving skills 
  • Must have knowledge of daily office duties and be comfortable with basic office equipment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Summary:


Handle high-volume calls with TBN partners and viewers around the globe, which include prayer requests, salvations, re-dedications, praise reports, crisis situations, donor file updates and donations. 


Summary of Essential Job Functions:


  • Ability to pray effectually, providing assistance through prayer and the word of God to those in need
  • Aptitude to respond appropriately to crisis calls such as emotionally disturbed, anger, abuse, and depression
  • Requires spiritual and emotional maturity, portraying a godly character consistent with the Gospel message
  • Ability to discreetly handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Capable of multi-tasking with computer skills to donor files
  • Enjoy an open office, team environment with significant interpersonal interaction




  • Excellent telephone etiquette and ability to interact in a warm, friendly, professional manner leaving a positive impression consistent with the Christian ministry of TBN
  • Previous high-volume prayer call center experience a plus
  • Strong data entry and computer skills in a multi-tasking environment
  • Typing of 40wpm
  • Fluent in English with excellent written and communication skills – Bilingual English/Spanish a significant plus
